PARTNERS:
Richard Stapleton specialises in Litigation and has a particular interest in Personal Injury and Employment Law. Richard has acted for both Plaintiffs and Defendants and prior to qualifying as a Solicitor, he worked extensively for leading insurance companies in all areas of Personal Injury Law and as a Liability Loss Adjuster. Richard is originally from Tipperary and has a keen interest in sport, music and current affairs. He is also a duty solicitor with the Free Legal Advise Centre in Tullamore, and has lectured in Legal Studies. Email RichardVerona Smyth specialises in Conveyancing, Family Law and Probate. Verona has a particular interest in Conveyancing having acted in all types of transactions to include Residential Developments, Commercial Properties, CPO’s, Shared Ownership Transactions, Transfer Orders, Share Purchase Agreements, Leases and Letting Agreements together with the usual day to day legal transactions, on behalf of purchasers, vendors and lending institutions. She achieved first place in the Law Society Conveyancing prize in 2004 and also lectures in Legal Studies. She is a keen musician, who also enjoys sport and art.
